Korsvag Shire Crock Pot Challenge:
Lunch will consist of a variety of soups and accompaniments created by Korsvag Shire members as part of the Korsvag Shire Crock Pot  Challenge.
Ingredient cards will be present for each soup contest entry.

First Remove:
Honey Glazed Carrots
Ingredients: carrots, honey, butter, nutmeg
Lumbardy Tart
Ingredients: flour, shortening, salt, beets, brown sugar, bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, currants, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, eggs, olive oil
Beet Green Tart
Ingredients: flour, shortening, salt, beet tops, parsley, Italian parsley, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, fennel seed, ginger, eggs, olive oil
Salad greens

Second Remove:
Ham
Goddess Bread & Country Bread
Ingredients: flour, sugar, honey, oatmeal, eggs, butter, milk, cream, yeast, salt, beet juice
Fried Beans
Ingredients: green beans, onions, garlic, olive oil, almonds
Applesauce
Ingredients: apples, lemon juice, water, sugar, cinnamon

Third Remove:
Gingerbread
Ingredients:
Gingerbread: brown sugar, shortening, molasses, flour, baking soda, ginger, salt, allspice, cloves, cinnamon
Icing: egg whites, powdered sugar, cream of tartar
Note: Some of the gingerbread may have additional embellishments not listed here; however, plain gingerbread will be available as well.

All flour listed above is white or wheat flour. Some recipes may be adjusted upon request.
